Week 1: Gentle Hatha Yoga. Enhances strength, flexibility and balance. May offer some light to moderate aerobic conditioning depending on the style practiced.

Week 2 : Yin Yoga - Longer held postures that target deeper connective tissue of ligaments, joints, fascia and even the bones

Week 3: Chair & Restorative: For chair yoga all postures are done using a chair.
In Restorative Yoga we practice conscious relaxation Wonderful for stress relief. Focus is on opening and relaxation.

Week 4: Wall Yoga & Yoga Nidra For Wall Yoga all postures are done using the wall.
Yoga Nidra is YOGIC sleep. Specialized relaxation exercises, breathing techniques, meditation and guided imagery are utilized for becoming extremely relaxed and replenishing energy
Participants would need to bring their own yoga mat, a bolster or a couple pillows, and a strap or belt. This four week program is $40 or you can try one class for $12. Call 315-207-2076 to sign up!
